What an amazing company to do business with. We called John to come out and do our carpets the week before Christmas. Not only did he squeeze us in, he was there the next day. I email bright cleaning company on the website. He responded very promptly and professionally. He came to my home in East Stroudsburg and clean the carpet and the entrance tile. First I have to say he arrived on time and ready to go. The carpet on the first floor was dirty and smelly. I bought this home and the previous people had cats. Now it smells lemony fresh. He made this worn down carpet almost seem new. The rest of the carpet in the stairs, second floor hallway and rooms where complete transformed in cleanliness and scent. He was great in his work ethic, price and speed to perform the job. I'm allergic to cats and going there today the smell is gone and I'm not sneezing or itxhing as I move in. I will definitely use him again. He worked in one of the hottest day. I felt so bad that I didn't offered him water.

John was amazing to deal with! Wow - I wasn't sure I totally needed my carpets cleaned, but halfway through John's cleaning I was positive! What a difference. He's super pleasant to have in the house, very knowledgeable and such a hard worker. He got stains off my carpet including candle wax and a berry smoothie! I totally recommend him and am going to have him clean my tile floors and grout soon.

John came to my house today to do the living room rug and my son's room. With out any pressure he offered to do the entire house for just a bit more than what he quoted for the 2 rooms. What an amazing company to do business with. We called John to come out and do our carpets the week before Christmas. Not only did he squeeze us in, he was there the next day. I never expected our carpets could look like new. 5 years, 5 kids, and 2 dogs later I was sure the carpets were shot. John came in and after 2 hours they were like NEW. Not only was he a very professional person to deal with. John was very mindful that we still have small children and animals, so he was sure to use friendly chemicals so we didn't have to worry. John called me back promptly with a very reasonable quote, did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and furniture, and even cleaned another couch for us at the last minute when we noticed it could use a little TLC.
